What are the formalities to come to Senegal ?
In these times of pandemic, many are wondering about the possibilities for foreigners to come to Senegal.
LIFTING OF RESTRICTIONS FOR ENTRY into SENEGAL
A circular from the ministry of Tourism and air Transport of 11 October 2021 to lift the restrictions imposed on travelers to their entry into the territory of senegal.
Now, all passengers of airlines allowed to operate on the territory of senegal can land on the presentation of a PCR test Covid negative dating less than seventy-two hours, or a "pass" health " duly issued by the competent services. The "pass" health " will have to certify that the passengers have received the required doses of vaccine at least fourteen days before the date of travel. Only vaccines approved by the world health Organization are accepted.

Travellers should, however, view the conditions of exit from their territory. For the French, they can go to Senegal without restriction (Senegal is classified as a "green" countries/territories in which no active circulation of the virus is observed, and no variant of concern is not listed).
HEALTH CONDITIONS
All passengers travelling to Senegal will have to fill out the arrival form of localization for public health on arrival. This form is available on the website of the Blaise Diagne international airport.
In respect of flights departing from an airport in Senegal, it is recalled that the tests are only required for passengers travelling to countries that require it, prior to the entry into their territory.
